Olayinka Ojikutu is a Certified Human Resources Leader with a proven track record of driving impactful people strategies across diverse sectors in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom. With expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, she consistently excels in creating high-performing and inclusive workplaces where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute to business success.

Olayinka joined NEM Insurance Plc in April 2021 and was promoted to the position of Assistant General Manager in July 2024.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and a certified Thomas Personality Profile Analysis (PPA) practitioner.
