Mr. Okparavero Lucky Ogaga is a dedicated marketer and holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology, from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance (MBA) from Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo State.
Lucky has worked with several organizations including the now defunct Crusader Insurance Akpakpava, Benin City, Knight Frank & Rutley Lagos. He joined NEM Insurance in his youth as Maintenance Officer and rose gradually to Manager in Administration till the merger with Vigilant Insurance Company in 2007.
In recognition of his track record, he was deployed to the marketing department and is currently Heads the Mainland Branch (one of the biggest branches in the Company) as a testament to his concerted contributions to the exponential growth of the Branch. Lucky over the years has displayed resilience and capacity in marketing and was just recently promoted to the position of Assistant General Manager in 2024.
He has attended various courses both local and international and is an Associate Member of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and Nigerian Institute of Management. He is happily married with children and enjoys playing football.
